Information in the scope brief

The brief runs in your browser memory. This implementation has no form database or server submission endpoint. Choosing “Open email draft” passes the brief to your configured email application; you decide whether to send it. Copying the brief places it on your clipboard if your browser permits.

Cookies and third parties

This site code does not set analytics or marketing cookies and does not use browser storage. The hosting provider may process technical connection data under its own policies. Google Fonts loads the selected typefaces and may receive ordinary connection information. Calendly and email links take you to external services with their own privacy practices.

What not to share

Do not enter patient information, medical records, credentials, or sensitive bid details. Discuss an appropriate secure channel before exchanging confidential materials.

Accessibility

We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is an ongoing accessibility effort, not a claim of complete conformance or legal certification.

Known limitations and alternative access

The downloadable capability PDFs are not fully tagged for assistive technology. The HTML service pages provide service summaries but are not complete substitutes for every detail in those documents. For help accessing document content or reporting a barrier, email our business-development team or call 636-346-5977. Include the page or document name and the format or assistance you need; do not send patient information.

The videos include selectable captions and text transcripts. Complete caption synchronization, visual-information equivalence, assistive-technology testing, and external scheduling accessibility require further review. No automated accessibility overlay is used.

Implemented support

The implementation includes keyboard navigation, labeled fields, visible focus indicators, semantic page landmarks, reduced-motion support, and responsive layouts. Hosting and updates

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The operating companies should review this notice whenever hosting, analytics, retention or contact-routing arrangements change. Contact business development with privacy questions.
